Materials That Define Our Quality

At Euromax, materials are not just components — they form the core of our promise: cabinetry engineered for performance, built with precision, and designed to endure.

From the beginning, every project starts with a clear understanding of performance requirements, including stability, finish quality, and long-term durability. Because of this, we make each decision with measurable performance in mind rather than assumptions.

In addition, we use only verified, high-grade materials along with controlled fabrication processes. As a result, every cabinet component meets our internal standards for precision, consistency, and longevity. This is what defines true European cabinetry.

For these reasons, our approach to materials reflects years of testing, trusted supplier partnerships, and hands-on experience across both residential and commercial cabinetry applications.

Our range of cabinetry materials reflects years of testing, supplier partnerships, and hands-on experience across both residential and commercial applications. Below, we outline the core materials and components we rely on most frequently.

Panel Materials

Below, we outline the core materials and components we rely on most frequently. Each option balances performance and aesthetics in a way that complements contemporary and traditional cabinetry alike.

HPL panels

Soft-touch HPL panels, including products from FENIX Interiors, represent advanced laminate technology. In particular, the nanotech matte surface resists fingerprints, minor scratches, and unwanted reflections. At the same time, it offers a self-healing effect with gentle heat.

Because of these qualities, HPL panels deliver high impact resistance and excellent dimensional stability. Moreover, they perform equally well in vertical and horizontal applications, even in demanding environments. Compared to standard laminates or painted finishes, they offer superior longevity and a more refined tactile experience.

Recommended applications:

modern kitchens, hospitality environments, and commercial interiors.

Veneered Panels

Veneered panels combine the visual authenticity of real wood with engineered structural stability. In this construction, a natural wood veneer is bonded to an MDF or plywood substrate, which reduces the risk of warping over time.

In addition, these panels can be finished in gloss, half-matte, or matte sheens and stained in virtually any tone. As a result, they support both classic and contemporary design directions. This method preserves the warmth of wood while improving material efficiency and finish consistency.

Recommended applications:

custom millwork, executive spaces, and cabinetry that emphasizes natural texture.

Painted HDF Panels

Painted HDF panels are engineered for finish consistency and long-term reliability. Before any coating is applied, all four edges are sealed with PUR adhesive. Consequently, moisture penetration is minimized and a seamless visual result is achieved after painting.

We use acrylic-based paints that are durable, UV-stable, and water-resistant, applied through a controlled spray process for consistent texture and accurate color matching. In practical terms, this creates a refined surface with unlimited color options, plus strong resistance to microcracking and peeling over time.

Recommended applications:

high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and decorative elements requiring precise color coordination.

TFL flat laminated cabinetry doors

Flat Laminated Panels (TFL)

Flat laminated panels (TFL) balance affordability with durability. In this system, a decorative laminate layer is permanently fused to a composite core under heat and pressure, creating a hard, uniform surface.

As a result, TFL panels resist moisture, surface wear, and daily use. Moreover, they are available in solid colors or realistic wood grain patterns and maintain dimensional stability even in high-traffic areas. Each edge is sealed with PUR glue to create a continuous water-resistant barrier and a clean, finished look.

Recommended applications:

flat cabinet doors, closet fronts, and budget-conscious contemporary designs.

Framed Doors

Framed doors add structural depth and timeless character to cabinetry systems. Depending on design intent, we produce both raised and recessed panel constructions milled to precise specifications.

In addition, flexible edge profiling allows extensive customization — from classic detailing to modern minimalism. Crafted from solid wood or veneered MDF, each frame supports dimensional accuracy and finish compatibility with surrounding panels.

Recommended applications:

traditional or transitional cabinetry programs where visual depth is essential.

Acrylic Panels

Acrylic panels are selected for projects that prioritize design impact and surface clarity. Notably, their mirror-like gloss or deep matte finish delivers a refined appearance similar to glass, while offering improved scratch resistance and reduced weight.

At the same time, acrylic surfaces can replicate marble, stone, or metallic finishes. Because of this versatility, they provide aesthetic flexibility while remaining easy to clean and maintain.

Recommended applications:

feature cabinetry, display areas, and premium interior accents.

aluminum profile cabinetry doors for custom closets

Aluminum Profile Doors

Our aluminum profile doors combine lightweight rigidity with contemporary design. In this construction, each aluminum frame supports a glass insert, which can be clear, tinted, frosted, glossy, or mirrored to suit both aesthetic and privacy needs.

Due to their flat geometry and reflective properties, these doors perform especially well in upper cabinetry, decorative storage, and wardrobe systems. As a result, they add visual contrast without added weight.

Recommended applications:

accent doors, closet systems, and mixed-material compositions.

Hardware & Functional Components

Hardware defines how cabinetry performs over time

It plays a critical role in how cabinetry performs over time. For this reason, we source European-grade hardware systems that support smooth motion, strong structural integrity, and long service life.

Specifically, our selections include:

Hinges and lift systems from brands such as Blum and Hettich, providing precise alignment and soft-close function

Drawer systems with full-extension concealed runners, synchronized movement, and load capacities up to 70 kg (155 lb)

Edge sealing using PUR glue technology for a permanent, water-resistant bond

Accessories and organization systems — integrated pull-outs, dividers, lighting channels, and profile handles

Every component, whether visible or hidden, is chosen to support durability, functionality, and design integrity.

We evaluate every material and component in our portfolio for technical stability, surface quality, and long-term behavior. Therefore, we confirm performance expectations through testing and hands-on experience rather than assumption.

In support of this approach, we combine controlled machining, automated edge-banding, and hand finishing to maintain repeatable accuracy across every production run. In other words, material performance goes beyond theory — it remains measurable, verifiable, and clearly visible in the finished cabinetry.

Ultimately, every decision — from core materials to surface finishes — is driven by performance, precision, and design integrity. Our team selects and processes each panel, veneer, and coating with the same attention to detail that defines our craftsmanship.

The result: cabinetry materials that exceed expectations in function, finish, and longevity.
